This was my first appointment and the staff was very friendly and courteous and professional. They answered all my questions with patient and with concern for whatever problem I had.

Dr. Drummond and Dr. Bryan are fantastic! Dr. Bryan has taken care of my feet for several years. When I was younger he took care of ingrown toenails in the office. Recently I’ve had him look at a Morton’s Neuroma on my left foot. He gave me options, as well as things I can do to limit how much it bothers me. I also have abnormality on one of the bones near the arch of my foot, which when it gets inflamed rubs on the tendon and it hurts! Unfortunately, the only way to truly treat this is to have surgery to shave the bone down, but right now, I don’t have the time to be down from a surgery, so Dr. B provided me with some solutions that help so much: stretches, a compression sleeve, and the option for injections. When I do have the time to take off for surgery, I will certainly have Dr. B perform the surgery for me!

I’m an orthopedic nurse. When I needed foot surgery I went to Ark La Tex Foot and Ankle Specialists. Dr Bryan did my surgery. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and Dr. Bryan.Especially the surgery schedulers I had great results!

Pleased with my experience!!! I am thankful for a Dr.'s office that is willing to take the time to diagnose the problem by listening and performing tests necessary to see the entire picture. I know diagnostic services and treatment can be costly but I am thankful they truly want to find a resolution for their patients.

Last Month Dr. Drummond did corrective surgery on my foot. He did an excellent job. For me, there was very little pain involved and it healed really nicely. He explained everything very carefully so that I understood what was being done. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend his services.

My mom had been dealing with a toe nail fungus for years. She has not worn her nice shoes in seems like forever! No one was able to help her until her appointment with Dr. Drummond! I recently saw Will Andress, DPM for an initial consultation for chronic foot pain that was persistent after a 2020 foot fusion surgery for end-stage arthritis by an orthopedist, followed by second surgery 6 months ago to remove painful hardware. He is very articulate, and impressed me as very sharp and intelligent. He spent a great deal of time with me, reviewing my foot xrays and exam in detail, and explaining the anatomical problems with my foot. He identified aging changes, foot stance abnormalities, and why he recommended the inserts he prescribed. I appreciate his conservative and cost-effective step-wise approach, initially trying a very good quality pair of off-the-shelf $40 shoe inserts, then he described possible future treatments if needed, including a description of what he would recommend if I needed custom built orthotics in the future. He allowed me the option of following up on an as-needed basis. I feel some hope now, for the first time in a long time, that I will be able to walk with less pain in my retirement years!

I was seen for foot & ankle swelling that's been going on for 8 months. It was diagnosed and surgery scheduled for one week later! I hope this ends 8 months of pain (once its healed of course) UPDATE: My surgery went great! The IV man was very good and it didn't hurt like others I've had done. Anesthesiologist was very thorough. Dr. Bryan did the surgery and its currently wrapped so I have no visual but I don't have much pain so far. Overall I'm very satisfied with all of the staff - including front office personnel.

I had surgery to correct a bunion & was very pleased with the attention & care I received from my surgeon & the staff. Everyone was always helpful & reassuring, and the wait times at appointments were never long. The surgery center was very clean & the atmosphere was calm. So happy they accepted our insurance plan, too!

I went to Ark La Tex Foot and Ankle Specialist for the first time in December with heel pain in both feet. The entire office staff was courteous and very friendly. The restroom and waiting areas are always very clean and seasonally decorated. Doctor Drummond also immediately made me feel at ease. He explained my options, and after trying injections and MLS Laser Therapy, my left foot was better but my right foot was stubborn. He suggested surgery for me if I agreed. After suffering for months, it was easy to say “lets do this”. I had surgery on my right foot in August, eliminating the constant heel pain. Now I’m just trying to behave myself and follow instructions during recovery! I'm a very active person so that's been the hardest part. Thank you, Dr. Drummond and the entire staff at Ark La Tex Foot and Ankle Specialists!

I saw Dr. Bryan at Ark LaTex Foot and Ankle Specialists. The office staff was courteous and efficient. The nurses and technicians were thorough and explained all procedures. My husband had a previous operation done in Florida to correct a hammer toe where a screw was used in that procedure. The screw became misaligned and over a few years time had broken through the top of the toe bone and was exiting his toe out the end. His doctor tried his best to save the toe but the damage was too extensive so his only option was to remove the entire toe. The surgery center, anesthesiologist, nurses and the surgeon were all very professional and genuinely cared about his welfare and condition. We would recommend the ArkLaTex Foot and Ankle Specialist "group" to anyone who wants fantastic and extremely professional care given to their situation. They are all wonderful and have taken this bad situation and made it a very easy experience for both my husband and myself (his caregiver). Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and Will's feet! His new nickname is now "Willy 9 toes" and he loves it because he is no longer in pain!

I went to Ark La Tex Foot & Ankle Specialists for the first time on April 6 of this year. I found the waiting area comfortable. When the time for my appointment came, I was taken to a room for the nurse to weigh me, take my vitals (weight, etc.), and make an X-ray of my foot. Dr. Drummond then proceeded to hear my problem before treating me. I am looking forward to going back to this place in a couple of weeks. All the personnel I met were pleasant and helpful.

After performing DIY surgery on my foot to remove a callus (it's dead skin so I softened it i warm water and used scissors to cut it off - oh by the way I'm diabetic) my foot started to rot off. I got an immediate appointment and my doctor removed dead skin, etc. He gave me an ointment, iodine bath and an antibiotic. He saved my toe, if not my foot.

I went for consultation on surgical procedure that I want to try for my neurotic pain. I was not candidate for it. I was ask to try another treatment plan and that was the Laser treatment, the best thing in the world. This is a pain that I have been dealing with for thirteen years.

Dr. Drummond and staff are doing an awesome job! They were able to help me with several issues that I've been dealing with for months. I had a puncture wound that wouldn't heal and the Dr. took care of that quickly! I paid out of pocket for laser treatment to deal with stubborn toenail fungus.
